Description - The position holder is the National Sales Manager for the Ceiling's business in India. The holder is responsible for overall sales while maintaining the budgeted gross margin along with cash flow. The position holder is functionally responsible for Project Sales along with managing regional inventory and Account receivables.

Our client is an US MNC and has been present in India since more than 25 years. They are one of the leading players in the Building materials segment and have a very strong presence in the ceiling solution space.

Description

- Meeting the India budget

- Lead, Manage & Guide Sales team by providing Sales & Distribution Strategy

- Set up and Implement Sales Process at the field level

- Build a strong Sales team which acts as consultant to Architects, PMC's, end users and other stake holders

- Build & track effective field sales management system to enhance team efficiency

- Prepare / forecast the annual Business plans and future business projections

Profile

- Overall experience of atleast 15 to 20 years of which recent experience has to be in leading PAN India sales

- B. Tech/ B.E. + MBA

- Strong commercial acumen

- Strong communication skills
