National Sales Manager

Experience: 10-12 years

Location: Noida

The company is looking at augment its sales teams with strong sales leaders across mid to senior levels. They have multiple openings across levels spanning city, region and national level roles. It is a B2B, corporate sales environment. It is a fast-growing business with an emphasis on speed, hiring of the right talent, building strong sales processes and growing its leadership position in the market. The focus is on building strong account-management processes; deploying new client acquisition strategies and sales channels; steps at enhancing sales productivity etc.

Role description and responsibilities:

- In the national sales leadership role, your responsibilities include revenue generation, improving sales productivity and in driving the leadership position of the organisation.

- Manage team efficiently and ensure KRAs of all team members are achieved. Develop team members and groom them for higher positions within the company.

- Drive compliance with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & high levels of integrity

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Experience in hardcore sales. Preference will be given to candidates who have exposure in both corporate as well as retail selling. Corporate sales experience is mandatory.

- A hands-on account management person who is capable of creating and delivering high impact presentations/proposals.

- Travelling of around 15 days in a month.

- Demonstrable work experience and success credentials.

- MBA from a top institute will be a preferred plus, but is not compulsory for the role

- Aggressive with a go-getter attitude.

- The right candidate should also demonstrate solid personal leadership & serve as a role model for the team.

Other important attributes:

- Preference for candidates who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, with long-sales cycles.

- Outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills required.

- Aggressive and out of the box thinker

- Should not be above 38 years of age
