The focus is on building strong account-management processes; deploying new client acquisition strategies and sales channels; steps at enhancing sales productivity etc.   Role description and responsibilities:   - As a national sales leadership role, you will be responsible for revenue generation, sales productivities and in driving the leadership position of Magicbricks.   - Manage team efficiently and ensure KRAs of all team members are achieved. Develop team members and groom them for higher positions within the company.   - Drive compliance with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & high levels of integrity  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Experience in hardcore sales. Preference will be to people who have exposure in both Corporate as well as retail selling. Corporate sales experience is mandatory.   - A hands- on account management person who is capable of creating and delivering high impact presentations/proposals.   - Travelling of around 15 days in a month.   - Demonstrable work experience and success credentials.   - MBA from a top institute will be a preferred plus, but is not compulsory for the role   - Aggressive with a go-getter attitude.   - The right candidate should also demonstrate solid personal leadership & serve as a role model for his team.   Other important attributes:  - Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.   - Outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills required.   - Aggressive and out of the box thinker   - Should not be above 38 years of age
