About our Client - Our client is one of the leading companies in production and marketing of Polyester Films and Specialty Polymers .Recognized as an innovator they have been on an exponential growth path. They are currently looking for the Head National Sales for there Polyester Films business.

Job Description - Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and managing team to ensure achievements of annual targets.

- Provide inputs for preparation of 3 year business plan.

- Identifying opportunities to maximize sales targets and increase customer base.

- Ensure adherence to SLA's and business processes to ensure effective business planning and OTIF.

- Strategic participation in high impact projects and cross functional business plans.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a University graduate with a B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and with a Management degree from a top tier B-School. You should have at least 10-12 years of total work experience . Prior experience in OEMS/Institution sales in domestic and overseas markets is a must.A person from the FMCG/Chemical/Paints industry is preferred. You must have good communication skills and should have a proven track record of managing teams.
