Job Description :
- This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned business development professional to build and lead a cross-functional team marketing end-to-end digital communication solution to brands.
- This role encompasses both Business Development as well as Content Development, and the individual will be managing a team across business, creative and operations functions.
- The top priority is to build and lead a team of business and creative in all cities where Circus Elephants exists/ is being launched.
- Identify and develop profitable new business opportunities for the B2B content Business
- Drive revenues across cities by leveraging customizable combinations of content, technology and marketing solutions.
- Create a new services and products using content as the key differentiate, to help expand the portfolio and aid in exponential growth of the Division
- Develop and maintain relations with key players & internal stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and the Advisory Committee
- Plan, expand & Manage teams in the new cities to achieve required level of output
- Passionate, energetic, and highly self-motivated person who can work in a fast-paced and dynamic work culture
- Should have a strong business acumen, and have the ability to open up new business opportunities through his/ her network of clients
- Should be able to lead a large cross-functional team and manage inter-departmental relationships seamlessly.
