National Sales Head - Media (10-20 yrs)
We have a position for National Sales Head for a Media co. Based at Mumbai or Delhi.

The National Sales Head is at the helm of sales and is responsible for Sales Revenue nationally.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales
- Annual Sales target phasing/setting
- Smooth functioning & coordination of all regions to achieve common objectives
- Drive revenue focused approach
- Work closely with the revenue planning team to achieve revenue objectives
- Maintain target/achievement executive wise nationally
- Timely dissemination of information at all levels
Planning
- Planning for the quarter/annual target achievement with data/tools provided
- Lead sales planning for the team to achieve objectives
- Analyze numbers to get an edge
Reports
- Ensure all reports and formats are adhered to by the team
Client Servicing
- Integrate verticals and bring them together for bundling
- Business understanding of clientele that exists in the market
- Solution generation approach for clients
- Build and maintain business relationships with key clients and agencies
- Manage objection handling for the team
Lead from the front to achieve sales targets.
