National Sales Head - Fintech Startup (10-18 yrs)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Head (Pan India) role for a Fintech start up based out of Mumbai.

PFB JD for the role:

Responsibilities :

- Channel development and acquisition of customers through on ground selling, partnerships with CAs and DSAs.

- Responsible for generating developing new revenue streams/channels, empanelling channel partners and building a portfolio of unsecured loans

- Develop sales strategy for each channel and tie it together into an overall sales strategy

- Stay up-to-date with market and competitor movements, new product launches in the market and ensure sales team members are on board

- Attract, mentor, nurture and lead sales team to help them achieve their targets

- Responsible for management reporting, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and reviewing performance against the metrics

- Ensure exceptional customer experience monitoring service parameters with Ops and Service teams and by ensuring consistency in training sales teams

- Provide timely and effective feedback to internal teams to aligned products and solutions with clients- needs

Education, Experience& Skills :

- 10-12 years experience in sales and channel distribution roles, preferably 5 years in unsecured loans

- Proven record and experience in building various sales channels

- Experience managing a high performance sales team

- Background in SME financial services/ Fintech domain preferred

- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

- Customer service attitude with negotiation skills

- Ability to engage and communication effectively

- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude

- Ability to set up processes/ build business from scratch

- Availability to travel as needed

- Technology understanding esp in fintech world

- MBA preferred
