Candidates from FMCG companies only shall be considered.   - Devising & Implementing -Systems, Processes, and Strategies for Business Operations & Business Development, territory wise, channel wise at Organization level.  - Implementation & Development of Sales Automation systems & Process  Ensuring all in the Organization follows these processes, to keep the work transparent and systems to flow smooth.   - Forecast sales targets for the team and ensure they are met.  - Track and record activity on accounts identifying issues, and concerns and create plans and strategies to meet related targets  - Create key work progress and performance measures at all levels, and analyse on monthly basis.  - Follow and enforce all Company's policies, procedures and processes.   - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.  - Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.  - Develop and Oversee Operating Budget  - Identify opportunities for new territories, & markets and develop and expand to new distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales and achieve assigned Sales Targets by the Board.  - Improve category performance and increase market shares & distribution.  Preferably Candidates from IIT will be considered.   Candidates from FMCG companies only shall be considered.
