National Sales & Distribution Manager - Beverage

A client of Datamatics Staffing Services Ltd., Beverage Company based in Tanzania, Africa.

A candidate should be from the Beverage Industry preferably Coca Cola or previous experience in Pepsi having the following Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Sales, Marketing and Distribution Strategy.

2. Incentives,Trade Schemes, Sales Driving Schemes.

3. RTM (Horizontal & Vertical Expansions)

4. Capability (Training, Team Building, Motivation)

5. Annual Business Plan

6. Reporting to the CEO

Should be required to perform other duties as required by the job in terms of new projects, new product launch, RTM.
