Job Responsibilities:
- Will support the COO with driving the sales SOPs which includes formalising, monitoring & tracking the key deliverables around sales & its processes.
- Will help drive overall sales development effectiveness
- Will be responsible for identifying & sharpening job descriptions at all levels of sales.
- Identify training needs & create training modules for each level from PSR to ZSM under train the trainer programme.
- MBA is must
