They are looking for a National Sales Capability manager to lead and develop the sales team.
Job Description - Reporting to the Sales Head, you will be responsible for :
- Championing implementation of brilliant sales execution standards and govern the successful delivery of the capability plan. Ensure that the quality of interventions meet world class standards both on content and delivery.
- Aligning outcomes of the sales capability plan to the capability & commercial scorecard requirements.
- Define and monitor performance metrics to drive clear and measurable improvements in program performance and efficiency.
- Update the induction modules for all new joiners.
The Successful Candidate :
- You will come with 6-8 years of Sales experience in the FMCG domain. A addition of a sales capability management will be preferable.
- You should be analytical and have the capability of understanding, devising, and implementing a robust Sales Capability Plan for a large sales team.
