Major KRA's :

- Retail Strategy Formulation and Execution

- Retail Operations management including promotions and visual merchandising

- Customer Experience Management

- Retail Resources Management

- Retail expansion, New Stores Planning and Execution

- Achieving key business objectives for Retail

- Training and Development of Retail teams

Ideal Candidate:

- Graduate + MBA from a reputed institute with at least 14 years of experience of managing Retail functions at Senior position with growth and profit responsibility. The person should be a go getter with out of the box thinking. He should be intellectually and operationally agile and should be able to work in collaborative environment to drive strategies as well as operations to achieve clearly defined business outcomes.
