National Relationship Manager - Retail Life Insurance Sales (6-30 yrs)

Job Description :
- The National Relationship Manager will manage and drive Life Insurance product sales by managing the partner group companies
- Primarily upsell and cross-sell Life Insurance products to the customer base of the group companies
- Interaction with the stakeholders and top management in the group companies to push Life Insurance product sales
- The primary focus should be to drive ULIP numbers to garner higher top-line
- Focus on resolution of partner queries and improvement of the process to sell Life Insurance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the sale of the Life Insurance products through partner's sales force
- This is a corporate role, hence emphasis on pitching and presentations
Candidate Profile :
- Partner acquisition experience is a plus
- Should have worked with internal and external stake holders
- Previous experience in Bancassurance or Equity broking is preferred
- Good presentation and communication skills are a must
- Minimum - 6 years of Work Experience
- Candidates from Premier B-Schools preferred
