One of our clients, A leading Big4 is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  National Relationship Manager-Corporate Agent  Basic Job Purpose:  - To manage a pan India alliances for CAB partners / Third party insurance distributors  - The incumbent will be overall responsible for the Strategic relationships on a national basis. The person will be responsible to drive strategic partner wise initiatives, identifying training needs and coordinating with the training department to meet the same.   - Ensuring the partner meets its monthly, quarterly, yearly targets set by the company for a respective alliance with coordination from the internal sale team; and parameters like profitability and persistency of business will be key to the role.  - Proper expansion of business as per agreed plan  - Clear agreement on give and get equation  - Nurture and strengthen the relationship across the country  - Value add to business partners by way of predefined processes in sales, training, service and effective supervision  - Coordination with various channels for day to day issues  - Active interaction with team members all across the country  - Travel to some key locations / partners  - Ownership of Sales Targets  - Reviews with partners as well as internal team  Education & Experience:  - At least 6+ years of relevant experience from Life Insurance companies  Premnath Bojan,  Datamatics Staffing Services  Bangalore.
