Managing Placements and Achieving placement targets PAN India for trained candidates in various skills
Create and manage multi layer placement opportunities at Local, State and National Level
Forging National and State Level Alliances for placements of skilled candidates
Tie ups with the companies for knowledge transfer and industry visits
Ensure each and every student trained gets fair amount of chances for employment.
Tie-up with companies for OJT ( On the Job Training)
Scheduling & managing interviews
Maintain data and relevant reports for PAN India placements including the copy of offer letters
Post Placement Tracking of all candidates for a minimum period of 3 months
