Profile : Associate Vice President - Alliance & Bank Marketing  Experience : 12 to 15 years of experience in Branding / PR / Market Research  Location : Mumbai (Goregaon)  Qualification : MBA in Marketing  Job Description:  This role is to lead the Bank Marketing and Partner Alliances for NPCI - the umbrella organization for all retail payments systems in India.   Responsibilities:  - Increase the transaction (value and volume) through activation and usage of the NPCI products like RuPay, UPI, BBPS, BHIM through partnerships and alliances with merchant brands  - Create & manage Offers/Loyalty Platform for NPCI products for banks to serve their customers  - Manage the partner ecosystem for the Offers/Loyalty Platform  - Support and Leverage the NPCI Business Development team to drive NPCI product usage at the member banks for the NPCI products like RuPay, UPI, BBPS, BHIM by creating a regular stream of campaigns (SMS, Email, Mailers)   - Manage the partner ecosystem for Alliances for the NPCI products like RuPay, UPI, BBPS, BHIM  - Liaison & Support for the verticals like Brand, Digital, Enterprise Marketing, Business Development teams & other departments within NPCI  Desired Attributes:  - Direct Hands On experience of partnerships and alliances in Banking (Credit/Debit cards) or Loyalty Marketing   - Strong Experience in driving consumer activation and usage campaigns  - Banking, Loyalty Marketing, preferable  - Must be someone who is really excited by a challenge. Need someone who enjoys the entrepreneurial atmosphere and work in a highly matrixed environment  - Must be a skilled leader who creates an inspiring vision, who communicates the vision well, and who leads by example through mentoring a high performing young team  - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills  - Candidate will be working closely with the Management Team
