Job Title : National Manager - Store Performance Solutions

Division/Business Unit : Retail India

Location : Bangalore

Job Summary :

This incumbent will be responsible for driving the Business Development of Store Performance Solutions (- SPS- ) which includes Traffic counting and EAS Intelligence Solution. This role is focused on India Region and is required to partner the sales team in promoting and identifying opportunities to sell SPS in the marketplace.

Specific Responsibilities : This is techno-commercial solutioning role for our Store performance range of solutions with ownership of growth quota as a prime KRA.

- Dive growth of SPS (Store Performance solutions) portfolio in key retail accounts.

- Position smart Traffic intelligence, Inventory tracking, Smart Analytics solutions and engage with decision makers to adopt - smart store performance- platforms.

- Support the sales team/ Account managers for an aggressive penetration in key accounts - nationwide

- Drive internal sales teams to position and acquire SPS sales closures on targeted quota.

- Prepare/ Share the progress report for the SPS sales in India

- Own and drive sales quota for SPS solution stack and drive targeted growth thru India sales team.

Knowledge and Experience:

- 15 to 18 years Solutioning and Pre-Sales experience for solutions targeting Indian Retail Industry specifically on big ticket performance/analytics solutions. Should have co-owned targeted quotas in a similar function on national level for a reputed solutions company working in a matrixed environment,

- Should have referencable success stories of enabling solution sales pitches with leading retailers for solution stacks. Have a thorough understanding of retail store and supply chain business processes and technology adoption practices.

- Knowledge of: retail store operations, account Management, enterprise software selling, professional services sales skills.
