National Manager - Risk - EMI Card Business

Responsible for developing risk policies and strategies to support the EMI Card businesses across.

Risk will have a critical role in supporting rapid business expansion targets with appropriate risk controls.

Support massive scaling up and velocity build for all new, existing businesses and EMI Card verticals and required monitoring, portfolio risk management.

Effectively create policies and strategies for Customer Life cycle management across acquisitions, line management, blocking, transaction risk.

Portfolio performance and Through the Door Monitoring and evaluation, effective risk management to maintain and improve new acquisition and portfolio quality towards building profitable portfolio.

Need to consistently innovate and build new approaches to performance evaluation and risk segmentation. Should have test and learn aptitude and attitude and orientation to data and analytics.

Work with stakeholders and partners for effective design and implementation of business and risk processes and capabilities on relevant platforms and associated systems. Need to display high execution abilities.

Extensive engagement with Product team, Business team, Fraud team, Partners, Field Sales, Technology, Operations, Analytics, Business Intelligence and Risk teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

CA/ MBA with 10-14 years of experience with Credit Card risk management background

Strong exposure and understanding of credit practices and products in Consumer Lending and Credit Cards

Hands on experience and strong capability on portfolio analysis, credit modeling and credit due diligence

Strong quantitative and analytic capabilities bundled with a technology orientation

Demonstrated learning agility and ability to deliver results in a complex and evolving environment

Should have strong Business Orientation, Inter-personal and stakeholder management skills.
