National Manager - Human Resources - Mfg/Pharma/Infra/FMCG

The National HR Manager would lead the common HR function across over 7 entities and 700 people in over 30 branches in India, dealing with a range of cultural differences between organisations which include a tech startup, a 57 year old organisation, a Joint Venture with American listed company, an entity with a union among others.

Job Description :

- Transform the HR initiatives across the group to enable career progression of each executive to CEO.

- Execute a long term, nationwide skill set enhancement of each employee through the HR team.

- Transform the recruitment process from application to onboarding, attract excellent talent across industries.

- Create deeply engaging and uplifting activities across 30+ branches across India.

- Brainstorm and level up employer branding to eventually become one of the best Indian companies to work.

- Refine existing, and implement new HR policies across the group, aptly respecting work, technology and culture.

- Research and implement best available technology to automate manual tasks of teams and improve productivity.

- Ensure compliance with local laws across each state of India and the joint venture.

Job Specification :

- Minimum 15 years of experience across different verticals of HR.

- Excellent communicator, well networked and street-smart individual.

- Strong ability to bring and manage change through different cultures and mindset.

- Based out of Mumbai and comfortable to travel across India.
