National Key Account Manager - Cosmetic (10-15 yrs)
Responsibility:
To achieve volume and value objective of Key Accounts within budget, time and policy parameter
To liaise with and build strong relations with Chains managed
Negotiate terms of trade, promotions, listings, visibilities and communicate properly to ensure implementation on time
Inter and Intra Departmental relationship
To liaise with and draw cooperation from other departments (trade marketing / marketing / supply chain / commercial) to have smooth business transactions
To guide / facilitate KAM's to achieve business success
Articulate Activity and Volume plan for Chains managed to KAM's for number achievement and ease of execution
Monitor activities and visibilities on monthly basis to determine Cost to Sales and deviation from plan
Track competition activity in chains and communicate the same to Trade marketing
Qualification:
Master's degree with major in Marketing
Minimum ten (10) years of relevant work experience with cosmetics industry
Experience in the Cosmetic Industry is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
