They are a widely respected brand and poised to challenge the Industry leaders in the space, and need a strong National Key Accounts Manager to fuel and sustain that.

Job Description: In this role, reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for :

- Inter and Intra Departmental relationship

- To liaise with and draw cooperation from other departments (trade marketing / marketing / supply chain / commercial) to have smooth business transactions

- To guide / facilitate KAM's to achieve business success

- Articulate Activity and Volume plan for Chains managed to KAM's for number achievement and ease of execution

- Monitor activities and visibility on monthly basis to determine Cost to Sales and deviation from plan

- Track competition activity in chains and communicate the same to Trade marketing

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be an MBA with 8-12 years of experience and at least 4-6 years as a Key Account Manager with majority years of experience in an Cosmetic/FMCG or Multi Level Marketing Industry.

- Exposure to Marketing will be a plus. You will have experience of driving profits along with possessing strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team and strategize sales and revenue generation across the region is a must.
