Key Result Area:  - In partnership with the senior leadership team, ideating, designing, delivering, and executing talent management and organization effectiveness solutions that drive effective business strategy execution  - Creation, implementation and facilitation of talent management initiatives including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development programs and skills-based training  - Be the custodian for executing the capability development strategy  - Provide leadership and direction in the ongoing development and implementation of Talent Management policies, processes, and systems with the Business SPOCs for TM   - Facilitating change; promoting championing and supporting organizational change.   - Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives   - Contribute to making BFL a - learning organization- by developing and implementing effective, relevant, and scalable development and career-enhancing programs to ensure sustainable, superior performance throughout the Company   - Design and develop various assessment tools for facilitating any change in the employee life cycle for Selection, internal movements, promotions etc.   - Coach leaders in building organizational capabilities and leadership capacity, diagnose organizational issues, and develop plans to overcome them   Required Qualifications and Experience:  - MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate Degree in General Management with at least 12 years of work experience  - Demonstrated capability in the HR function including work as a generalist and strategic partner to the leadership team   - Financial services industry experience is an added advantage  - A broad knowledge of, and experience in, human resources planning, organizational design and effectiveness, all aspects of talent management   - Demonstrated success in leading through high growth, and a history of driving continuous improvement during those high growth periods   - Organizational leadership skills and a drive to achieve results with a sensitivity to the need for communicating effectively with other members of the team   - High energy individual with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment   - High attention to detail while simultaneously capable of seeing the larger picture   - Encourages open discussion of different ideas and views, good communicator at all levels of the organization, and seen as trustworthy and transparent
