- Actively involved in sales presentations and media negotiations.

- Guiding a team of executives in Mapping and making presentations to the clients thereby enhancing team performance

- Conceptualize new and innovative commercial time Advertising strategies and implementing them to generate revenues

- Interfacing with clients- the advertising agencies and multinational corporate and maintaining relations with them for ensuring continued & repeated business in each campaign planned by the company and thereby augmenting business & profitability.

- Responsible for defining and implementing a standard set of sales-related operating processes and tools which includes sales management, performance assessment, development procedure and pricing

Skills :

- Proficiency in generating business from corporate, Retail clients and advertising agencies

- Expertise in cultivating relations with various ad agencies and clients to track the campaigns.

- Aptitude for Consultative selling and thorough knowledge of the Advertising scene

- Good Leadership skill and can Mentor and manage new recruits, thereby ensuring optimum performance.
