- Exploring business potential, opportunities & clientele to secure profitable business volumes.

- Responsible for defining and implementing a standard set of sales-related operating processes and tools which includes sales management, performance assessment, development procedure and pricing

- Expertise in cultivating relations with various ad agencies and clients to track the campaigns.
- Aptitude for Consultative selling and thorough knowledge of the Advertising scene
- Good Leadership skill and can Mentor and manage new recruits, thereby ensuring optimum performance.
