Position : National Head of Sales & Commercial (Construction Materials MNC)
Role :
- Select, develop, and coach a professional sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth
- The role will be focused on structured management and development of the region and the sales team, with additional responsibility for senior level negotiation and development with select key accounts.
- Get the Company established as the solution provider with all the influencers like Architects, Builders, Developers, Large Key Accounts, Specifiers, and Govt. Institutions
- Build up relationship through technical knowledge and solution oriented support with key decision makers
- This position will involve heading Key Account Sales and Retail Sales
- Liasioning with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/ assignments
- Interact closely with the technical / marketing team to push selective systems / Products into specification
- Market intelligence and competitor analysis on an ongoing basis
- This position reports directly into the MD
Requirements :
- MBA with 15-25 yrs experience in Sales in the Construction Materials Industry
- Should have experience in Key Account Sales and Retail Sales
- Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers
- Good Presentation and negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer & market Focus
- Excellent networking skills
