Role: National Head - Marketing
Job Description :
Accountable for - Defining the brand's purpose, positioning and central idea, Creation of a strategic framework for the brand, Defining, identifying and studying the industry, Creating the Customer Journey Cycle, Mass Media optimization, Digital strategy.
- Identify & drive growth opportunities across defined markets.
- Develop business plans for the market along with key stake holders and in alignment with corporate market strategy.
- Develop and execute brand plans and campaigns.
- Conduct business sessions with sales team effectively to drive execution.
- Review ROI by markets/ brands.
- Impart knowledge & skills through training sessions.
- Prepare robust forecast & coordinate with manufacturing for seamless supply.
Desired profile:
- Preference will be given to candidates from a Tier 1 Engineering/ Business Schools like IIT's/ IIM's/ ISB.
- 8-11 years in marketing.
- Should have team handling capabilities as well as should be hands on across gamut of marketing activities ( Display/ Social Media marketing/ Viral marketing/ ATL/ BTL/ Activation/ Brand marketing etc.)
- The candidate should have worked with creative, media and PR agencies implementing marketing plans.
- Exposure to different media vehicles in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and workings is needed.
