National Head - Creative Solutions & Services - Media (8-15 yrs)
Position Title: Head Solutions
Department : Creative Solutions & Services
Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue driven creative solutions & services to assigned brands.
- Supporting the team with pro active pitches with the sales team for special days, QOPs.
- Proposing sustainable annual properties and post conversion monitoring the execution.
- Monitoring competition for things they doing for assigned brands and creating better proposals.
- Monthly review of pitches for the quality, conversion and feedback from the client with Regional Head.
Job Requirements :
- Possess excellent design flair, creative, positive attitude with a good eye for details.
- Work with speed and meet deadlines.
- Perform well in a fast paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, target oriented, enthusiastic, confident and good team-player,potential to grow to team lead role.
