National Franchise Head Position Summary:

1) Responsible for complete development and management of the Franchise operations for the Company.

2) To manage the Franchise operation as a separate and profitable business with responsibility of P & L

Grade:

DGM / GM

Reporting: National Head - Trade Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategies and implement Franchise operation in India

2) Develop a comprehensive plan for product and services offering

3) Develop Franchise format (internal and External)

4) Drives and participates in demand generation to ensure adequate foot fall in the franchises

5) Develops and executes water tight agreements with the Franchises

6) Train the franchise for implementing consultative selling

7) Develop technology and process for franchises

8) Executes yearly targets

9) 2017 - Develop and Implement 15 Franchise operation in different part of the country

10) 2018 - scale up to 200 Numbers

11) 2019 - Scale up to 1000 Number

Key Skill Set

1) Minimum 10 + Years of experience in Franchise development Business

2) Analytical

3) Should be well versed with the franchisee law in INDIA

4) Should have traveled extensively

5) Good at presentation skills

6) Good oratory skills

7) Creative bend of mind

8) Influencing skills

Travel:

Minimum 10 days

Qualification:

Engineer with MBA from IIM or equivalent with 10 years of experience in franchise operation
