- Manage the collection portfolio for the Strategic business in containing the delinquency level

- Facilitate collection and recovery in Strategic business with focus on critical cases

- Analyse customer data wrt. Collections, identify cases to be targeted for recoveries and coordinate with the Regional team to ensure collections

- Identify trends from collection metrics through various MIS and analytics, and define action plan jointly with Strategic Business Head and Region to minimize delinquencies and maintain health of portfolio

- Ensure implementation of the collections and recoveries strategies for Strategic Business and periodically monitor the processes to enhance efficiency in collections

- Classify cases as those that need to be restructured and those that need to be recovered through legal intervention and create and implement an action plan for them

- Build a case for restructuring and identify changes in the terms of lending that need to be effected, for assets to be restructured, ensuring necessary approvals and transfer the account to the Relationship Management team

- Recommend changes in credit policies and credit monitoring process based on trends in NPAs

- Manage and support recruitment, set KRAs for direct reports and conduct performance appraisals and monitor overall team's KRAs

- Facilitate the development of subordinates through feedback and constant on and off the job learning
