Job Description & KRAs

- Handling collections and recovery process for all products (LAP, Structured Products, Securities finance & Loan Against Gold)

- Setting up of collections and recovery structure for the organisation

- Formulation of collections / recovery policy & process

- Ensuring achievement of closure / recovery / roll back targets

- Over-manage all legal issues

- Initiate legal proceedings under NI Act, Arbitration Act etc

- Manage relationship with collections / legal agencies

- Responsible for audit and compliance of agencies

- Compliance to regulatory requirements

- Generation and circulation of Collections MIS
