Their products are used by leading fast food chains, hotels, restaurants, catering companies and are popular for in-home consumption.  Job Profile:  - The candidate will be responsible for developing Strategy and Annual Operation Commitment for channels  - Will manage “Terms of Trade” with MT customers with win-win situation on customer expectations & client's margin requirements   - Will develop and lead a structured activity calendar plan in coordination with marketing team & ensure execution through regional team and key account managers  - The incumbent will liase with the marketing team to build shopper insights, develop Pack x Price strategy basis insights  - Will partner with the finance team to develop and drive customer P&L & ensure customers books are reconciled  - Will be interacting heavily with external teams who are responsible for customer buying, supply chain & commercials  Candidate Profile:   - The candidate must be a qualified MBA from a Tier 1 institute  - Candidate must be from the FMCG industry  - Should have relevant work experience of 6-8 years of managing Modern Trade, Cash & Carry channels/customers and Traditional trade operations in FMCG firm  - Should have the ability to develop strategic plan for channels, customer management skills & negotiation skills
