National Agency Head - Retail Segment - Insurance (15-20 yrs)
- Handle the entire Retail segment at National level
- Responsible for complete P&L and Delivery
- Responsible for selection, development and sustenance of individual, multi line, corporate agents and national tie-ups to promote all retail lines of business.
- Responsible for Development of Agency channel and implement agent retention and performance protection programs.
- Build and expand distributor network
- Create a value relationship with the Distributor, Agents across India.
- Strategizing to scale up the Agency business to the next level.
- Responsible for licencing, evaluating, renewal and develop the Agents across India
- Devising Agency manual for the Licensed Agents.
- Create and implement a channel Rewards & Recognition contiguous program to help create a performance led culture and results in the distribution network.
- Implement PMS across distributor, Channel partners and Agents.
- Learning initiatives and to create a measurable valued brand for Agents.
Desired Profile of the Candidate :
- The incumbent should be from a Top Insurance Major and having 15-20 yrs of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Agency management.
- Should have handled at National Level.
- Should have held a Top/ Leadership role in the current or previous Organisation.
- Should have a proven track record.
- Should willing to travel extensively across India.
- Should have an excellent communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skills.
