National Account Manager - Telecom Sales (3-7 yrs)

Role Purpose :

To manage National/Global accounts in India. This would include mapping of these accounts in terms of national and international presence, leveraging on the existing relationship in India and abroad thereby creating business opportunities in India as well as Internationally.

Impact on the Business : The NAM would be responsible in driving end to end relationship and business opportunities from these accounts leading to revenue growth. His role would be to effectively liaison with the Global/National Account Managers located out of the regional offices The role holder would be responsible for acquisition, retention and selling enterprise solutions in India and carry a national target which will flow in to the Global target of the company.

Customers Suppliers and Third Parties : The NAM at all times will have to be constantly in touch with the Global Account Managers and the customers across India to identify and close national opportunities.

Leadership and Teamwork : The position is a mid level leadership position in the organization and the NAM would be responsible for all operations across Circles. He would report to the Head - Enterprise Business and have a matrix reporting to the National Sales Head. The role holder will monitor the performance of the Circles on a regular basis. The incumbent would need to establish and maintain relationships with peers from Customer Service, Finance, Consumer Marketing & IT, as well as, regional and corporate members from Organization's group.

Innovation and Change : The role holder would be required to analyze and provide solutions to the customer on various matters pertaining to tariffs and enterprise solutions. He would also be responsible in helping the customer to deliver customized solutions if required and bring in innovation as and when needed.

Knowledge and Experience : The role requires effective Key Account Management skills with in-depth knowledge on enterprise products and solutions. He should be able to understand cross functional responsibilities in order to effectively deliver.

Communication : The role holder is responsible for all customer communication for the business services group. He will be the face of the company both nationally and internationally.
