Client Details

Our client is one of the biggest names in the Real-Estate-Consultancy space. They're looking at actively hiring a National Account Manager for one of their High-Priority Accounts, based out of Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting Directly into the Global Head of Facility Management (Expat), your key responsibilities will be:

- Servicing a demanding, High Priority Account for the client

- Managing End to End Facility Management Responsibilities

- Handling a portfolio of around 1.5 million sq. ft. spread over 26 sites pan India

- You'll be based out of the Account's Head Office in Delhi NCR

- Managing a team of around 2-3 Direct Reports

Profile

You will have:

- A Masters Degree (Preference for institutions of repute)

- 10-20 years of work experience with International Facility Management firms

- Prior work experience in servicing a Pan India Account

- Prior experience as an Account Head, for Facility management
