Deputy Manager - Human Resources  Main Responsibilities :   - Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs  - Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within the organisation.  - Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale.  - Analyse surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.  - Forecast budget for salary increases.  - Oversee pension and savings plans.  - Advise on salary increase requests.  - Policy formation and review.  - All issues and queries related to C&B  - Participate throughout in the PMS cycle including salary correction and promotion.  - Experience in Total reward, compensation figment  Candidate requirements :  - Solid expertise in Compensation & Benefits including performance management and .  - Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment.  - Able to provide insights and recommendation on people  - Should be ethical and empathetic  - Great team player and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization environment  - Strong written and oral communication essential  - Strong at planning and multi-tasking
