- 15+ years of professional experience in software development/engineering preferably from Healthcare product background

- 5+ years of engineering management experience.

- Demonstrated object-oriented software development experience in Java or another object oriented-based language.

- Demonstrated experience building and operating high volume and highly scalable web systems.

- A track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects

- Strong track record of building productive and successful software development teams and developing talent.

- Hands-on expertise in JAVA technologies, ranging from front-end user interfaces through to back-end systems and all points in between.

- Ability to take raw product requirements and create software architectures and designs to bring them to life.

- Proven ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Engineering, Program Management, Product Management, Quality Assurance and Senior Leadership.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Understands and sets a high bar for all parts of the software development and deployment lifecycle, including design, development, documentation, testing and operations.

- Should have the ability to coach and mentor a diverse group of software and user experience engineers and help the team to understand & balance out technical requirement & business priority

- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven and deliver high quality results in a fast paced environment.
