Job Description:

1. Own and lead end-to-end pursuits to drive RFP / RFI responses on solution architecture, estimation, pricing, project implementation approach, timelines, scope, project management and governance, product roadmaps and pricing etc.

2. End to End IT Infrastructure Solution Architect experience across most Towers - Servers, Storage, Database, Network, Messaging, Workplace Services, and Service Desk

3. Understand, Analyze and draw inferences from the Customer's environment and requirements

4. Good understanding of estimation, various pricing methods and commercial aspects

5. Excellent communication skills, Presentation Skills and customer interaction skills, be able to communicate effectively via presentations

6. Lead the development of solutions for complex and large Infrastructure Opportunities - this may involve working with a number of practices

7. Be the conscience of the delivery unit in reviewing opportunities.

8. Promoting competitive & cost effective best-fit solution permissible under regulation

9. A proven track record of designing complex hosting solutions.

10. Good knowledge on all technology domain design patterns - GOF, SOA, Cloud, Micro services etc.

11. Thorough hands on experience with java/j2ee (Tomcat, JBOSS app servers), Spring, Hibernate frameworks

12. Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure stack, cloud computing is necessary

13. Experience with jBPM, BRMS (JBOSS) and open source ESB is a must

14. Experience of different authentication & authorization solutions (SSO, federated SSO, 2-phases validations, etc.)

15. Experience with CEP, in-memory data grids & Rules engines

16. Experience with HTML5, CSS, javascript, Angular JS is a must and working knowledge of Ext JS & Flex will be an added PLUS

17. Experience with performance tuning of applications

a. identifying bottlenecks, suggest solutions, drive the teams to implement solutions

b. Experience with tuning app servers, databases

18. Knowledge of Validation & Verification process (Junits, code coverage, regression testing, penetration testing, Integration testing, cross browser validation, SOAP Ui, security validation tools, etc.)

19. Experience with big data, Machine learning would be added advantage.

20. Experience with Automation: CI/CD/DevOps
