Napier Healthcare is looking for an experienced Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Management

Job Responsibilities:

- Create appropriate bridge between performance and rewards

- Ensure that bell curve is maintained across levels and functions and bring about the change required in identifying/managing talent.

- Develop employee engagement initiatives schedule and design employee engagement programs for all levels

- Lead conceptualization and development of systemic improvement in HR processes like Performance Management, Competency Development, Organization Structure, Career Planning, Compensation & Rewards

- Coordinate with HRBP's to facilitate the evaluation and adoption of technology to support HR processes

- Ensure involvement of leadership on key HR initiatives

- Review the effective execution of HR processes and policies and resolve any escalated issues related to performance management, compensation and benefits for junior and middle management.

- Lead change management initiatives.

- Be responsible for maintaining robust & productive organization structure design.

- Responsible for leading & implementing new HR projects.

Qualification : Post-Graduation | Masters in Human Resources from premier B School -

Experience : 8 to 10 Years

Full / Part Time : Permanent

Work Location : Hyderabad

Reporting : HR Head
