Naesys's Security & Surveillance Division is one of the four pillars that helps clients manage and deal with security threats and concerns within their IT setup/environment. We build a secure environment to manifest an uninterrupted business scenario for our clients. Naesys deploys EMC-RSA Security solutions that help clients to secure their infrastructure, applications, database, identity and manage compliances

Naesys is looking for an experienced Digital Security & Compliance Sales professional, who will be responsible for achieving or exceeding the digital security sales revenues. Experience in Government/PSU/Defense segment in North India is the key. The successful candidate should be experienced security sales professional with strong presentation and client facing skills and be able to lead security solutions. The incumbent should have the following skills:

Nature of work :

The incumbent would be responsible for managing sales in North India by promoting EMC-RSA products and solution to the Govt./defense/PSU accounts thereby achieving the sales target.

Location : New Delhi

Reports to : Business Head

Qualification and Experience :

- MBA and/ or engineer with specialization in marketing from an institute of repute.

- 10 years experience of selling software products / IT enabled solutions with at least 4 years of software security solutions sales experience in government/PSU vertical.

Skill Set Required :

- Strong track record of selling high value based software solutions.

- Should have handled software sales of 20+ Cr. in last 3 financial years

- Understands buying process cycle in government (State, Central Ministries & PSU) and should be well known with the dynamics of Government sector.

- Manages relationship with system integrators to ensure horizontal penetration into accounts

- Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition

- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.

- Strong account management and business acumen

- Experience of working with Systems Integrators / Partners on large and complex deals.

- Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis

- Developing relationships at decision making level of customer organization.

Mandatory Skills Required :

- Understands EMC-RSA security offerings, with deep knowledge of the products and solution.

- Work with EMC-RSA sales/pre sales team to identify and acquire critical resources needed to develop the best solution for the client

- Maintains strong relationships with decision makers and influencers in the central government and defense segment.

- Understands the client's business, including their organization and financials capability for sourcing the solution.

- Should be aware of EMC-RSA's products and solution offering and the model used in the solution and can articulate their value to the client.

- Understands the competition and develops and executes a winning sales strategy

- 10+ years exp in Security Services Sales including network, application, identity & access management, data security, Governance, risk & compliance

- Responsibilities include achievement of Signings & revenue based on Territory assigned

- Experience in Sales of Security Services

- Understanding of Local territory

Desired Profile :

The candidate must have :

- The ability to coordinate with OEM and customer to position various products.

- Deep knowledge in the process of tendering process in PSU & Govt.

- Understand all DGS&D Order Processing.

- The ability to support the customer in national level on sales as well as support prospective.

- The ability to assessment and understand competitors week point in large tendering/ bidding process.

- Knowledge of Security Incident and Event Management, Advance Persistent Threat Defense
