Product Manager   The role of Product Manager (PM) will be to translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and prescribe the process / workflow for implementation.   The role of a PM in Category Solutions will span across (but not be limited to) the following,  - Help create a differentiated and defensible shopping experience by collaborating with stakeholders (product / engineering, data sciences, content and sales / marketing) and influencing technology road-map  - Support Category Solutions, Theme Solutions, & Fashion Selling initiatives by building systems that leverage merchandise and content to drive commerce  - Build data model and rule engine to support personalization  - Improve operational efficiency by simplifying and / or automating repeated tasks  The PM will work closely with business managers to understand product / system requirements and drive implementation of the solution through engineers in the product and data sciences team.   A PM for Category Solutions will have the following skills,  - Deep understanding of customer needs and building that into the shopping experience for the category and portal  - Ability to envision technology driven solutions to business problems  - Ability to coordinate various project activities with different departments, follow-up on agreed upon milestones and maintain tracker for critical projects with weekly updates  - Ability to influence stakeholders who may often have conflicting objectives  - Ability to manage challenging, lengthy projects across multiple teams, and work with large amounts of data to make decisions  - Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects  - Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results  Basic qualifications:  - 7-8+ years of experience with 3-4+ years of relevant experience  - Post-graduation from a premier institute  - Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) and influencing skills   - Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation  Preferred qualifications:  - 6+ years of eCommerce, product management, consulting or related experience
