- We are currently looking to hire passionate & driven leaders from IIT/IIMs for multiple roles including Digital Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Product Marketing, App Store Management, Sales and Business Analytics for the Mobile Business.
The below JD is for App Store Manager role:
The Role:
- As the App Store Manager, you will manage the distribution of Myntra's Android, iOS and Windows apps across multiple app stores (E.g. Google Play Store, Apple App Store, etc.).
- You will also be responsible for managing the user community that posts ratings and reviews of our app on these App Stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of organic app installs via App Store Optimisation strategies and initiatives
- Drive strategies to improve and maintain high App Ratings across App Stores
- Explore and identify potential App Stores for app distribution
- Coordinate with internal teams (customer support, product, engineering) to ensure that customer issues reported on the App Store (by way of Reviews) are promptly looked into and resolved within predefined SLAs.
- Recommend new features to the product team based on feedback received from customers on the app store
Ideal candidate should have/be:
- Graduate from top tier college
