Head of Planning @ Myntra.com

Role is to do mid to long term overall planning, supervising merchandise/operating plans, coordinate strategic initiatives and take care of new tool/process development for entire Myntra. This will be a team management role in a fast paced startup setup.

Job Requirements:

- Coordinate organization wide projects with different departments, follow-up on agreed upon milestones and maintain rigor with weekly updates

- Manage a team (15-20 members) of business planners and category planners

- Conduct analytics for assigned business problem by collecting data from all internal and external sources and perform analysis to get answers to business questions

- Help in putting together top down business plans/ merchandise plans/ assortment plans

- Put together excel models for business scenario analysis

- Conduct Market research for an assigned topic to dig out relevant data and analytics

- Retail experience in planning will be a plus

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Strategic thinker and leadership abilities

- Strong analytical skills and process orientation

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Education and Experience Required:

- Master's in Business Administration - Preferably IIMs/ISB with engineering background

- 10+ years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance or related functional area

- Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage
