BUSINESS UNIT AND ROLE OVERVIEW

The Marketing & Online Sales department ensures that our customers - existing and potential - get to know about Myntra’ s offerings, and regard Myntra as their prime resource for everything to do with fashion. Every activity this team undertakes would have either of two objectives – to acquire or retain customers. If you've seen a communication from Myntra - on television, newspapers, Facebook, websites, emails, billboards, or events - this team is responsible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand Business strategies/ plan and conceptualize consumer research reports

- Provide ROI Analysis of all Marketing campaigns and Sales activities

- Conduct Market research to: analyze competitors, research market perceptions; evaluate market penetration and understand customer needs

- Manage Creative Development process: which is Creative Agency management, work on development of communication campaigns, TVC production process

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Years of experience – Overall 6-8 years of experience in Consumer research and Creative Development process, in Research or Branding & Communications

- Educational Qualification – MBA from Tier1 institutes
