We are currently looking to hire passionate & driven leaders from IIT/IIMs for multiple roles including Digital Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Product Marketing, Sales and Business Analytics for the Mobile Business. The below JD is for Business Analyst role.

Role: Business Analyst/Sr Business Analyst for Mobile Business @ Myntra.com

Job Description:

- The Business Analyst is responsible for driving deep insights about Myntra’s fast growing mobile business and driving continuous improvement using the analysis.

- The person should have a detailed understanding of a business requirement or the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular business issue, and draft solutions to meet requirements or resolve the root problems

Responsibility:

- Work closely with business managers and stakeholders to understand business issues and recommend data-driven solutions

- Identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics

- Pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the performance

- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools.

- Independently identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations that will help shape the direction of the business

- Communicate key metrics and business trends to the management team

- Respond with urgency to high priority requests from senior business leaders

Ideal candidate should have/be:

- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills

- Strong metric-orientation

- Deadline driven, team player, with strong customer focus

- Strong communication, presentation and project management skills

- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel

- Experience in Web Analytics Tools (GA, Omniture) will be a huge plus

- Proficiency in Excel is a must, should be comfortable running SQL queries

- Penchant for business, curiosity about numbers and persistence to work with data to tease out insights.

- Experience with eCommerce, m-commerce, retail or marketing analytics would be an advantage

Education and Experience Required:

- Graduate from IIT/DCE/BITS/NIT. MBA preferred

- 2 to 5 years of experience in a top tier consulting / analytics / finance company or in a similar role
