Position : Sr. HR Business Partner  Level : Sr. Manager  Reports into : Ashish Kumar Singh  Preferred Qualification & Experience: MBA (from a Tier-1 B-School) with 7+ years of working experience with a mix of generalist and functional HR experience in product technology or e-commerce organizations  Key Responsibilities :  - Partner with businesses in Technology on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment  - Provide coaching, training and mentorship to Managers and Individual Contributors for assigned businesses  - Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience  - Implement/administer/interpret policies/programs/processes  - Plan and manage the annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.  - Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.  - Working with businesses to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives  - Provide ongoing support to the leaders on human resources related matters, policies and procedures  - Provide compensation support including salary planning, promotions and job re-leveling  - Identify learning needs and partner with COE teams in arranging learning programs for employees across levels  - Design and implement smooth on-boarding for new joiners and partnering with the recruitment team in hiring   Key Requirements :  - Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results  - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative  - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  - High levels of ownership and accountability  - Ability to navigate through ambiguity and deal with change  - High energy and bias for action  - Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment
