Business Analyst / Senior Executive - R&I

Job Description :

- The Market Research analyst is responsible for delivering actionable insights through Primary Research and/or Data analytics to senior stakholder's at Myntra.

- The analyst will understand business questions and transform them into research/analysis hypothesis, gather interpret and synthesize data.

- The person in this position will have numerous exciting opportunities by being a part of the Myntra Research & Insights team

- Conduct Research and Analysis on the Indian Fashion industry, popular Indian and Global brands

- Interact directly with a diverse set of senior stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and Category management

- Own and Manage all aspects of a research projects from problem definition to insight delivery

- Partner with some of the well-known agencies to deliver research projects

- Analyse a wide variety of data, including working with qualitative research, quantitative data from Primary Research, Customer Data from internal sources as well as data from passive measurement systems

- Apply innovative data analysis methods to derive insights

Key Responsibilities :

- We are looking for a self-motivated individual with high level of energy who will enjoy working on a variety of projects concurrently, is passionate about trying out new ways of understanding the consumer.

The person in this position will be adept at :

- Defining clear research hypothesis and conduct analysis on internal/external data to aid business decisions

- Analysing consumer behaviour and trends using primary and secondary research

- Working with different types of data and is flexible in using/learning various tools

- Employing basic statistical methods for hypothesis testing & regression analysis

- Using advanced features in Microsoft Excel to aggregate and manipulate data from various sources

- Creating crisp Power Point presentation that can be shared with executive management

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

- Strong analytical skills and process orientation

- Project Management skills

- The ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment

- MBA from a Top Institute
