Title: Associate Manager - Transportation  Location: Delhi  Job Responsibilities:  - Have to handle and control the complete connections ex DEL HUB through AIR,ROAD and Trains.  - Vendor management.  - Cost reduction.  - To ensure the loads are reached to Delivery Center on time with co-ordination between hub and Delivery Centers.  - Interacting with the Delivery Centers every day for proper updates to DC heads for better planning.  - Ensure that the all onward connections ex DEL HUB for DEL/NCR and North upcountry DCs are met.  - Proper tracking of the loads connected ex Hub till the same are delivered at the respective DCs  - Ensure that all the Returns/RTO master bags are connected to respective W/H meeting the timeline.  - Preparing the MIS regular MIS reports for all the actvities showing the over all performance of Hub.  - Fleet Management with maximum optimization of vehicle resources..  - Staff welfare.  - Regular training sessions for team for better performance at HUB.  - Ensure quality operations through team with NO lost, damage and pilferage cases..  - Proper coordination with finance for vendors timely payment process.  - Maximum productivity from the team with close monitoring for each person in team.  - Ensure sales tax related matters are closed at the earliest..
