Associate Manager (Planning & Technology): Role is more focused towards category where the person will be primarily responsible for identifying tech needs for categories, coordinating with tech teams to identify the feasible solution, providing requirement specification, finalizing delivery milestones, follow up on milestones, and driving tech solution adoption across categories.  The role will enable the candidate to plan for small category to get exposure on business aspects. It will be helpful in developing expertise in business domain, identifying tech needs & exact business requirements.  Job Requirements:  - Predict tech needs and develop solutions to meet them  - Influence tech teams to develop products that meet business needs  - Influence categories to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches  - Should be able to identify gaps in requirements & work with tech teams to address these  - Influence categories to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches  - Preparing report/trackers for management consumption to monitor status on tech initiatives  - Handling planning for small category to develop business knowledge  - Strong hands on approach and attention to detail  Skills Required:  - Candidate should have handled tech projects with end to end responsibility from requirements management, planning, development, & delivery  - Strong communication and management skills  - Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation  - Proficiency in MS-Office is must.  - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment  Education and Experience Required:  - BE/BTech from premium institute, MBA will be plus  - Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage
