Title : Associate Manager - Operations Excellence & Training  Location : Bangalore, Bhiwandi (Mumbai), Binola (Gurgaon)  Job Responsibilities :  Process Improvement :  - Work with respective functions within warehouse to Lead and drive continuous improvement initiative through implementation of industry standards and methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, Process Standardization & Visual Management   - Drive culture of process and help build first time right attitude in workforce  - Define Metrics and measures for various business processes and ensure process adherence / compliance  - Run basic analytics on the data to determine root causes (RCA) for performance dips / quality issues and identify areas to improve operational efficiency  - Should have know-how about different backend systems in Warehouse (such as - WMS, Order Management System, LMS)  Training :  - Identify training needs  - Design and conduct Trainings on process & quality parameters across warehouse teams  - Ensure employees are trained on process parameters to ensure compliance  Skills / Qualification Required :  - Good knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodology (any certification will be bonus)  - Warehouse/Manufacturing/ e-Commerce Experience  - Analytical Skills- Skilled at SQL/R (preferred)  - Knowledge of Local Language (Spoken and Written) would be preferred  - Stakeholder management  - MBA or BE/B Tech
