Myntra's Category planning and analytics team is currently hiring multiple roles across various categories and business groups

Category Planners (Level: Associate Manager): Role is more focused towards a respective category domain. Category planner will take care of detailed day to day planning , support assortment plans, regular planning meets with vendors, analytics support to category managers and detailed metrics tracking

Job Requirements:

- Coordinate various project activities with different departments, follow-up on agreed upon milestones and maintain tracker for critical projects with weekly updates

- Conduct analysis for assigned business problem by collecting data from all internal and external sources and perform analysis to get answers to business questions.

- Help in putting together business proposal based on trends etc.

- Put together excel models for business scenario analysis

- Conduct Market research for an assigned topic to dig out relevant data and analytics

- Retail experience in planning will be a plus

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation- Proficiency in MS-Office is must.

- Knowledge of SQL/statistics added advantage

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Education and Experience Required:

- Master's in Business Administration- Preferably IIMs/ISB

- 1 to 2 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance or related functional area

- Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage
