Title : Assistant Manager - Inventory Operations  Location : Mumbai (Bhiwandi)/Gurgaon/Bangalore  Job Responsibilities :  - Allocate & Manage manpower resources based upon changing needs.  - Co-ordinate with warehouse team for smooth & timely receiving of shipments.  - Analyze data to allow for monitoring performance and plan any necessary improvements.  - Plan and execute SOPs, SLAs and quality parameters for performance of team.  - Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports   - Visiting Vendors and aligning them with our system and processes  - Analyzing the performance of vendors on a Regular basis on the basis of fill rates, fulfillment.  - Solving the problems related to short/excess stock supplied by vendor.  - Plan, execute and build on the delivery chain in newer geographies, identification of new partners, getting them onboard, monitor day to day performance and issue resolutions.  - Manage partnership with 3PL, ensure tight control on performance parameters, receivables and payables.  - Explore smart, effective and scalable solutions for the problem incidences in logistics as well customer issues in deliveries/pickups
